Terms of Service

Last updated and effective: July 20, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Atlas² AI Compliance website at atlascomplianceai.com(the “Site”), operated by Atlas2 AI Compliance LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as “Atlas² AI Compliance” (“Atlas,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

2. Informational website content

The Site — including the Intelligence Hub, Laws & Frameworks pages, articles, and the Ask Atlas assistant — is provided for general informational purposes only. Content summarizes publicly available sources, may not be current, and may not apply to your specific situation.

3. No legal advice

Atlas is not a law firm, and nothing on the Site constitutes legal advice. Information and resources are intended to support business, technical, and legal review, not to replace it. You should consult qualified counsel for legal determinations specific to your business.

4. No attorney–client relationship

Using the Site, contacting us, submitting a form, or chatting with the Ask Atlas assistant does not create an attorney–client relationship and does not create any confidential or privileged relationship. Do not send us confidential or privileged information expecting it to be protected as such.

5. Services provided under a separate agreement

Paid audits, score ratings, remediation, monitoring, and related services are provided only under a separate written services agreement between you and Atlas. Nothing on the Site — including pricing pages — is an offer that forms a contract, and the Site does not by itself entitle you to any service.

6. Audits, scores, and reports are not legal certifications

Atlas scores and ratings are internal business-risk indicators based on available information and the selected review scope. They are not legal determinations, certifications, attestations, legal opinions, guarantees, or regulator-approved ratings.

Reports, dashboards, and recommendations are internal business-risk tools intended to support your own business, technical, and legal review. They are not certifications, attestations, legal opinions, or guarantees of any compliance outcome.

7. No guarantee of compliance outcome

Compliance depends on facts, conduct, and law outside our control and that change over time. We do not warrant or guarantee that following any recommendation will achieve or maintain compliance, prevent enforcement, penalties, or claims, or satisfy any regulator, court, or third party.

8. User-submitted information

You are responsible for information you submit through forms or the assistant and represent that you have the right to share it. Please do not submit confidential, privileged, regulated, or sensitive personal information through the Site. See our Privacy Policy for how submitted information is handled.

9. Acceptable use / prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site — including by attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, scraping or harvesting at scale, submitting unlawful or infringing content, or using the Ask Atlas assistant to generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive output. We may suspend access for misuse.

10. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, design, and branding (including “Atlas²” as a brand mark) are owned by Atlas2 AI Compliance LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from the Site without permission, except for normal personal or internal business reference.

11. Third-party links and resources

The Site links to third-party sources and tools we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or practices, and linking does not imply endorsement.

12. AI assistant and AI in our services

The Ask Atlas assistant is an informational navigation aid powered by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic / Claude). It can be incomplete or wrong, does not provide legal advice, and should not be relied upon for decisions. Messages you send are transmitted to the AI provider to generate a response — do not submit confidential, privileged, regulated, sensitive, client, or personal information.

Atlas also uses artificial intelligence tools, including models provided by Anthropic, to assist in generating audit findings, risk scores, and remediation guidance delivered under a services agreement. All deliverables are reviewed by Atlas personnel before delivery. AI-assisted outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate, and all deliverables remain subject to the limitations in Sections 6 and 7.

13. Payment terms

Fees, invoicing, payment timing, taxes, and late-payment terms for paid services are governed exclusively by the separate B2B client services agreement between you and Atlas, and are not addressed by these Terms.

14. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation rights, refund eligibility, and any subscription terms for monitoring services are governed by the separate services agreement between you and Atlas, and are not addressed by these Terms.

15. Confidentiality (limitations)

Any confidentiality obligations apply only under a signed services or non-disclosure agreement. Information submitted through the public Site is not treated as confidential.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ATLAS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT, SCORE, OR RECOMMENDATION IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. TO THE EXTENT ANY WARRANTY CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IT IS LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM SCOPE AND DURATION PERMITTED BY LAW.

17. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATLAS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ATLAS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ATLAS’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY ARISING UNDER THE SEPARATE SERVICES AGREEMENT, WHICH IS ADDRESSED SEPARATELY IN THAT AGREEMENT.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Atlas and its officers, employees, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

20. Dispute resolution

Venue for any dispute is as set out in Section 19. Atlas does not currently require arbitration or a class-action waiver for disputes arising from use of the Site.

21. Changes to these terms

Atlas may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above, and material changes will be noted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to audits@atlascomplianceai.com or (302) 506-4312. Mailing address: Atlas2 AI Compliance LLC, 3 Woodsedge, Claymont, DE 19703.
