Not a law firm; no legal advice
Atlas² AI Compliance is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal services. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and no content should be relied upon as a legal opinion or determination. Always consult qualified counsel for legal questions specific to your business.
No attorney–client relationship
Using this site, contacting us, submitting a form, or chatting with the Ask Atlas assistant does not create an attorney–client relationship or any confidential or privileged relationship.
Informational content only
The Intelligence Hub and Laws & Frameworks sections are informational only. They summarize publicly available sources, may not reflect the most current developments, and may not apply to your circumstances. Regulatory content changes frequently — verify effective dates, applicability, and obligations with qualified counsel before relying on anything here.
Audits, scores, and reports
Atlas scores and ratings are internal business-risk indicators based on available information and the selected review scope. They are not legal determinations, certifications, attestations, legal opinions, guarantees, or regulator-approved ratings.
Audit and remediation reports are internal business-risk tools intended to support your own business, technical, and legal review. They are not certifications, attestations, legal opinions, or guarantees of any compliance outcome, and they do not certify that you are compliant or protected from enforcement, penalties, or claims.
No guarantee of compliance
Compliance depends on facts, conduct, and law that change over time and are outside our control. We do not guarantee any compliance result, and following any recommendation does not ensure compliance or prevent enforcement, penalties, or third-party claims.
AI assistant
The Ask Atlas assistant is an informational navigation aid powered by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic / Claude). It can be incomplete or inaccurate and does not provide legal advice. Messages you send are transmitted to the AI provider to generate a response — do not submit confidential, privileged, regulated, sensitive, client, or personal information into the chat.
AI in our audit and remediation deliverables
Atlas uses artificial intelligence tools, including models provided by Anthropic, to assist in producing audit findings, risk scores, and remediation guidance delivered to clients under a services agreement. All AI-assisted deliverables are reviewed by Atlas personnel before delivery. AI-assisted outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. All deliverables remain internal business-risk tools subject to the limitations above, and the terms governing engagement data and deliverables are set out in the applicable services agreement.
