Privacy Policy

Atlas² AI Compliance (legal name: Atlas2 AI Compliance LLC, a Delaware limited liability company) (“Atlas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI-compliance auditing, documentation, monitoring, and remediation support to businesses and agencies. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through atlascomplianceai.com, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you may have.

This policy covers the Site and our related communications. It does not cover third-party websites or tools we link to, which have their own policies.

Information you provide to us. When you submit a form on the Site — a contact message, audit request, score request, remediation request, or newsletter subscription — we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, company, website, and any message or details you choose to share. When you book an introductory call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, and booking details.

Information you type into Ask Atlas. If you use our AI chat assistant, the messages you send are processed to generate a response. Please do not enter confidential, sensitive, privileged, regulated, client, or personal information into the chat.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and, where enabled, analytics tools may receive standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring page, and timestamps. Some of this is necessary to deliver and secure the Site; some is used for analytics and advertising as described below and, where required, only with your consent.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data, and we ask that you not submit them through our forms or chat.

We use personal information to:

• respond to your audit, remediation, score, and contact requests;
• schedule and conduct introductory calls;
• send regulatory updates if you subscribe, with an option to unsubscribe;
• operate, secure, debug, and improve the Site;
• measure and improve content and, where enabled and consented to, advertising; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases may include performance of a contract or pre-contract steps, legitimate interests, consent (for newsletters and non-essential cookies or advertising), and compliance with legal obligations.

Our Site includes an AI assistant, “Ask Atlas,” powered by Claude from Anthropic. When you send it a message, that message is transmitted to Anthropic to generate a response. Please do not share confidential, sensitive, or personal information in the chat. The assistant is informational only and does not provide legal advice.

Anthropic processes the message to return a response. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, Anthropic does not use inputs or outputs from its API to train its models by default, and does not retain conversation content by default beyond what is technically necessary to provide the service, subject to limited exceptions described in Anthropic’s published policies (for example, certain models or features with bounded retention periods, trust-and-safety review, or legal requirements). For current details, see Anthropic’s privacy documentation.

We also use AI tools, including models provided by Anthropic, to assist in producing audit findings, risk scores, and remediation guidance for clients under a services agreement. Information and documents a client provides for an engagement may be processed by Anthropic as our service provider to generate those deliverables, under the same commercial terms described above. All AI-assisted deliverables are reviewed by Atlas personnel before delivery. Engagement data handling is governed by the applicable services agreement.

Some content on this site is AI-assisted. AI-generated imagery, where used, is labeled.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to deliver and secure the Site. Where we use non-essential cookies or trackers for analytics or advertising, they load only with your consent where required by law, and you can manage or withdraw consent through our cookie controls or browser settings.

We may use analytics and advertising tools — including Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager, and the Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter advertising pixels — to understand how the Site is used and to measure campaigns. These tools may set cookies and receive usage data, and some may use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Analytics and advertising pixels are not currently enabled. If we enable them in the future, non-essential trackers will load only with your consent where required by law, and we will update this policy and our “Your Privacy Choices” controls to reflect any applicable sale, sharing, or opt-out disclosures before they go live.

We share personal information only as needed to operate the Site and respond to you, with service providers and processors including Formspree for forms, Calendly for scheduling, Vercel for hosting, Anthropic for the AI assistant and AI-assisted deliverables, and analytics or advertising providers where enabled.

We may also share information where required by law, to protect rights, safety, and security, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information for money.

If you are a California resident, you may have rights to know/access, delete, and correct your personal information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

You can manage advertising preferences, including the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” choice where applicable, on our Your Privacy Choices page. To submit a privacy request, contact us using the details in Section 17; an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing — for example under the CCPA/CPRA in California, the GDPR in the EU/UK, and state privacy laws including those that may apply in Delaware, where applicable. To make a request, contact us and we will respond as required by applicable law.

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy — to respond to your request, provide services you asked for, operate and secure the Site, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations — after which we delete or anonymize it.

As a general guide: we retain contact-form and audit-request submissions for 24 months from your last interaction with us, scheduling and booking information for 12 months, and Ask Atlas chat logs for 90 days, unless a longer period is needed for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you submit. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send confidential, privileged, regulated, or sensitive information through public forms or the assistant.

We operate from the United States, and information you submit is processed in the U.S. and by the service providers described above. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The Site may link to third-party websites and tools, including our scheduling provider. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; review their policies directly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
